How to request
Submit an IT Helpdesk Ticket at: https://helpdesk.uog.edu/
Within the request, please provide the following information:
Preferred date for the training session
Preferred timeslot in which you want your training to be held
Expected number of people that will be attending
Specify what kind of training you would like to focus on. We offer brief general trainings that cover basic Office 365 apps and we also offer in-depth training for specific apps.
